Recognising your situation, diagnosis and circumstances is essential for rediscovering yourself. By navigating the grief cycle and embracing all its emotions, you can find your way back to who you are. It's important to inform your family, friends, and trusted colleagues about your situation, as they may also be affected by your diagnosis. The impact of a cancer diagnosis extends beyond just you.
